

As part of your onboarding process, we want to inform you about some important basic information about history and trends within our communities. Two important priorities for CKA is informing our community and mainstream about 1) The history of the Korean American community; and 2) Producing data on critical socio-economic, political, and cultural trends within the Korean American community.
Even if history and social science may not be your forte, we encourage you to at least review the first two items below that were produced by CKA members who are Asian American scholars:

2. Top trends that are shaping the national Korean American Community
Read the newly released National Korean American Survey Report offering incredibly valuable insights into the current state of the Korean American community. This updated edition presents essential data, trend analysis, and insightful information that civic leaders can utilize for funding allocation, priority setting, and advocacy with government officials. This 2023 report was produced by nationally renowned, Dr. Taeku Lee, Bae Family Professor of Government at Harvard University.
